 We produce and package everything at our fermentation bar! We spend the early days of the week fermenting, packaging, and fulfilling our wholesale orders. We then open Thursday to serve up kombucha on tap, smoothies, shrubs, and charcuterie! Everything we do is fermented & probiotic. We are excited to be the only local producer of ferments in the Wabash valley! Our products help introduce good bacteria to your gut, rid bad bacteria, maintain a healthy immune system, improve gut, brain, and heart health!
